Medical Conditions Can Ravage Teeth
Sometimes, medical conditions ravage teeth--as in this patient who is not yet 30 years old. While continued retreatment of the dental decay seems to always result in failure, dental implants are not susceptible to the bacteria that cause decay. An overall treatment plan is necessary to assess what the health of this patient's mouth will be in the future, with the goal of preserving her jawbone and creating a disease-free environment with dental implants.Robert G.
