Heart disease risk is 67% higher among people who work 11 or more hours a day, according to a 2011 study. Regarding depression: while, the average women's risk of depression is 22%, it is 40% if one parent had it. According to a 2011 study, women who had two cups of coffee a day had a 15% lower risk for depression. The American Journal of Preventive Medicine found that regular exercise of 30 minutes of jogging five times a week can reduce depression by 47%. These examples are further evidence that good behavior has health benefits!
